2025 First Come First Serve Requests for ADO and Paid Time Off
Hey everyone! Here are the important dates and guidelines for 2025 Paid Time Off (PTO) and Approved Days Off (ADO) requests for Cast Members. Make sure to mark your calendars to get your time-off requests in early!
Important Dates:
Paid Time Off Requests:
Open on November 20, 2024, for dates from January 5, 2025 - January 3, 2026.
ADO Requests:
Open on December 9, 2024, for dates from January 5, 2025 - March 29, 2025.
Future ADO Request Dates:
March 10, 2025:
ADO requests open for dates March 30, 2025 - June 28, 2025.
June 9, 2025:
ADO requests open for dates June 29, 2025 - September 27, 2025.
September 8, 2025:
ADO requests open for dates September 28, 2025 - January 3, 2026.
ADO Guidelines:
Waitlisted Paid Time Off will be approved ahead of waitlisted ADO requests.
You may not pick up shifts on the date of an approved ADO.
Bartering of shifts is never permitted.
To change a time-off request to an ADO, please delete the request and resubmit. Resubmitted requests will be evaluated per the ADO process.
